At last TODAY - I can type this with two hands!!!! After my accident in March I never thought I would touch type again. The fingers are still a bit stiff and the thumb is still floppy but I'm NEARLY BETTER!!!! Oh happy day.

I just adore this song. It's the warm up for the latest Body Pump release. Here are the words if you wanna sing along. Great to drive down the motorway to!!!....

'Cause I need a cloudburst in my life

Thunder-shower
When love flowers
Baby, it's alright
To just get soaking wet tonight

No expectation, no demand
Just know my heart is in your hands
You got the power and control
Oh oh oh

Let it rain down love, heavenly storm
Just what I'm searching for
Let it rain down love
Can't touch the ground
Baby just let your love rain down...

Make it, just pour
Break it, let it storm
Shake me to my core
'Cause I need a hurricane for sure

No expectation, no demand
Just know my heart is in your hands
You got the power and control
Oh oh oh

Let it rain down love, heavenly storm
Just what I'm searching for
Let it rain down love
Can't touch the ground
Baby just let your love rain down...

OK, this is Saturday night's outfit!!!

I feel I must tell you all about the last time I wore this outfit. You will smile...
It was a hot summer's morning, about 5.30 am when we arrived at the London flat exhausted from a night's clubbing. The dog needed walking so, without even a glance in the mirror, I whipped off my dark wig and pranced along in my high heels towards Tower Bridge with my huge scruffy lurcher dog.
Just at the gate of the complex, I suddenly saw a young man, about 20 years old, looking very lost. It seemed he had spent the night at a flat nearby and now needed to get back to an underground station. He seemed a nice enough chap, so I said he could join me in my riverside walk and I would take him to the underground station. He looked at me oddly, but accepted the offer. I couln't help noticing he was very VERY tall - about 6'10". So tall in fact that I was concious he had to take smaller stides in order not to race ahead of me. Turning the corner on China Wharf, there wasn't a sole in sight on this glorious daybreak, apart from one old gentleman...taking photos...of...GUINEA PIGS!! No, I was not dreaming. This guy was getting cavies out of boxes and positioning them on the wall outside Ask restaurant, and taking photos of them. So me and the VERY tall guy stopped and chatted to this old fellow, who turned out to be the famous Peter Gurney, author, eccentric and well known guinea pig fancier. Imagine the picture..me in this bizarre outfit, the 6'10 guy with me, a giant scruffy lurcher dog, plus a nutty old man and his guinea pigs, by Tower Bridge! Surreal! But... What both guys were too polite to tell me was that whilst I had got very hot and sweaty earlier in the evening on the dance floor, my black eye makeup had complete run down my face and all this time my face had been looking like Alice Coopers'!!! Eventually I showed the tall guy to the station, and made my way back to the flat. What a fun memory!!
