Phew wee!

The NTL broadband man came today and installed a phone, broadband for the computers plus cable TV. All today I have been changing over accounts on ebay, pay pal, blogspot, blah de blah de blah. It's a nightmare! And still there is the wireless router to install so all the activity doesn't have to be in my daughter's bedroom. AOL is a nightmare to run alongside with any other server's software so I have cleared that from the laptop. I just hope ntl will deliver!

Remember the vid of the blackbird on her nest in my garden? Well yesterday a sole baby blackbird - fat and still with hardly any feathers fledged the nest! He was sitting very quietly in the branches but today he has gone.

This is my mum (86) and like a spring chicken! having Sunday lunch with us for her birthday..

Moving House

Here are some photos of the house we moved to last Tuesday. Hubby, daughter's boyfriend and I did the lot! And now we have a new garden shed too. At the weekend, my mother came for Sunday lunch. It feels like a proper faminly home - I adore it!

House Move

We finally moved house on Tuesday. It was quite an effort with just hubby and me and my daughter's boyfriend, but we managed it. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoo pleased with the new house - more space, large sunny kitchen, three floors (Oh dear, all thouse stairs). When I get time I will post photos.
